Delete Your Account
You can delete your Sagacrew account at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
In the App
- Open Sagacrew and go to your profile.
- Tap the gear to open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom and confirm.
- Enter your password. The account and everything in it are deleted at once.
Without the App
If you no longer have the app installed, send an email to support@sagacrew.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address of the account. We may reply to that address to confirm it is you, and we delete the account within one month of your request, normally within a few days.
What Is Deleted
- Your account: name, email address, password, handle and the dates on it.
- Your library, every episode you marked as watched, your ratings, your Top 10 and your Trash Picks.
- The accounts you follow and that follow you, your likes, the accounts you blocked, and the reports you filed.
- Every session on every device, and any verification or password reset code.
Everything above is deleted immediately. Database backups, where kept, expire within seven days.
What Is Kept
- Reports filed by other people about your account may be kept as a moderation record, without your account data.
- Emails you sent to support are kept for as long as needed to handle them.
